Appointments require a card on file. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Clients are given a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes without communication, the appointment will be considered a no-show, canceled, and 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments. Thank you for respecting my time and supporting my small business.
